Solution I : Wireless Video Surveillance Case of Xianning Snow Disaster Relief

On Jan. 31st, 2008, one basketball gymnasium of Hubei Xianning College was collapsed by heavy snow, 11 students were buried. Firefighters answered emergency call and hurried to the site with our portable equipments, the spot emergency scenes had been transmitted to provincial command center within 3 minutes. Leaders from command center got the real video to dispatch and command the relief effort. After  3 hours’ hard-working, 11 students were successfully rescued. After this disaster, leaders of Hubei fire-brigade analyzed and commended this relief effort by video recording of remote video surveillance system and handed the video recording from front server to Public Security Ministry.
