Founded in Beijing in 2002, EcGuard Co., Ltd (Member of Hong Kong New World Group) has currently invested over RMB 180 million in product research and development with Headquarter and R&D center in Beijing and production base in Shenzhen. We have more than 26 Pre-Sales & After-Sales Customer Support networks covering almost half provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of China such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Anhui, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Zhejiang, Hubei, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Heilongjiang, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, etc.

Pocket DVR EC-900 Series
Pocket DVR is the new weapon, especially used for law enforcement officials of Judicial authority to make video and audio recording. Related tech, soft & hardware and fittings are researched based on different kinds of characteristics required by users. Small size, Lightweight.

Wireless Video Surveillance
Supporting by Chinese Military Police, Ecguard developed the Wireless Video Surveillance Series with CDMA/3G video transmission technology.The product series can be applied in  vehicle, remote area, as well as individual duty，to monitor wirelessly and real-time via computer or PDA. The reliability and the stability of the product series are proved by Military Police through their sham battle of anti-terrorists. 

DBS
EcGuard cooperated with Hong Kong New World Group(link) to develope the world first multi-functional real-time passenger information service system -- the DBS (Digital Bus Stop) system for New World (China) Technology & Media Co., Ltd.  With the core technology of DSRC, the DBS system integrated the functions of Real-Time Information System, Voice Guidance for Visually Impaired, Secured Public Information Releasing, as well as Wireless Video Surveillance.  The system has been installed in Beijing and Shanghai Pudong by New World （China）Technology & Media Co.,Ltd.

Certification Authority
Joint with National Information Security Engineering Center, EcGuard has built up the largest commercial CA—EcGuard CA Center.  The center is one of 22 licensed CA Center certified by the National Information Industry Minister in the country.

Distant Network Support and Secured Information Releasing
EcGuard also provides Distant Network Support and Secured Information Releasing services for New World (China) Distant-Learning Co., Ltd.

Technical Support
EcGuard invested into Beijing Chip Light Integrate Circuit Design Ltd to develop products with intellectual property, the high-speed module Multi Number encryption generator, and the True Random Generator.
